We established our first office in East Legon with just five employees and a vision to transform Ghana's luxury renovation market. Our inaugural project was a colonial-era home in Cantonments, setting the standard for our meticulous approach to preserving historical elements while introducing modern amenities. Despite initial challenges navigating local building regulations, we completed this landmark project ahead of schedule and under budget.

By 2015, our team had grown to 35 professionals, including local architects trained in both traditional Ghanaian building techniques and contemporary design principles. We launched our sustainable building initiative, pioneering eco-friendly renovation methods adapted to West Africa's climate challenges. This period marked our expansion into embassy renovations and diplomatic residences, establishing our reputation for security-conscious design and discrete project management.

The 2020s saw us introduce cutting-edge technologies to Ghana's luxury home market, including advanced home automation systems customized for the local power infrastructure. We established our design academy in Accra to train the next generation of Ghanaian designers and craftspeople, ensuring the preservation of traditional skills while embracing innovation. Our portfolio expanded to include beachfront properties along Ghana's coastline, incorporating resilient design principles to address coastal environmental challenges.

Today, we stand as Ghana's premier luxury renovation firm with over 75 specialists and a portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and heritage properties. Our 2025 vision includes establishing a materials innovation lab focused on developing sustainable building materials that celebrate Ghanaian resources. We're also launching our international exchange program, bringing master craftspeople from around the world to collaborate with local artisans, creating truly unique design solutions for our discerning clientele.
